HK Lab Studio is the studio, trading and publishing identity used by Hansel Komal, an independent developer based in South Africa. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit hklabstudio.com, contact HK Lab Studio, use the Axirune browser demo or interact with Store products and third-party services. 2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
HK Lab Studio collects only information reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries, support products and administer customer relationships. This may include your name, contact details, enquiry information, support correspondence, order information, transaction identifiers, the product purchased, and technical information reasonably necessary for delivery, security, operation and troubleshooting. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through the Contact form.

3. STORE TRANSACTIONS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
For purchases processed through FastSpring, FastSpring acts as Merchant of Record and may process payment, transaction, billing, tax, fraud-prevention and related purchaser information under FastSpring’s own privacy terms. HK Lab Studio does not directly collect or store complete payment-card numbers through hklabstudio.com. HK Lab Studio may receive appropriate order and customer information where reasonably necessary for fulfilment, licensing, support, refunds, transaction records and business administration.

4. CONTACT FORM INFORMATION
When you contact HK Lab Studio, information you provide may be used to respond to your enquiry, provide product or technical support where applicable, discuss quotations or custom work, manage a legitimate customer relationship and keep reasonable correspondence records. Providing information is voluntary, but HK Lab Studio may be unable to respond if sufficient contact information is not provided.

5. WEBSITE HOSTING AND ANALYTICS
The website is created and hosted using Framer. HK Lab Studio uses Framer’s built-in website analytics to understand general site traffic and performance. HK Lab Studio also uses Google Analytics 4 as an optional analytics service only after a visitor chooses to allow Analytics through the website’s privacy controls. HK Lab Studio does not currently use it for personalised or behavioural advertising and does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party behavioural advertising trackers.

6. COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND YOUR CHOICES
Optional Google Analytics remains disabled until a visitor chooses to allow it. The website stores that analytics preference in browser local storage using hk_consent_v1. 7. AXIRUNE BROWSER DEMO
The Axirune browser demo is delivered through itch.io. The base Axirune project stores game progress and preferences locally on the user’s device or browser and does not contain hidden licence tracking, remote activation, advertising analytics or a hidden tracking service. The itch.io demo service operates under itch.io’s own terms and privacy practices.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may link to or use independent third-party services, including Framer, itch.io for the browser demo, Google Analytics 4 where optional Analytics is accepted, and service providers used for website communication, hosting, checkout or payment processing. Those providers process information under their own notices and legal obligations. HK Lab Studio is not responsible for the privacy practices of an independent third-party website after you leave hklabstudio.com.

9. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Personal information may be processed for responding to enquiries, providing support, administering customer relationships, verifying legitimate purchases or licences, dealing with refund or delivery enquiries, providing quotations, protecting the website and products against misuse or fraud, complying with lawful obligations and maintaining appropriate business and transaction records. Personal information will not be sold to advertisers.

10. RETENTION, SECURITY AND RIGHTS
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where retention is required or permitted by law, contract, legitimate business requirements or dispute-resolution needs. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information under HK Lab Studio’s control. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, request information about use of your information or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa. 11. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Some independent service providers may process information outside South Africa. Where cross-border processing occurs, HK Lab Studio will take reasonable steps, where required, to use providers and arrangements offering appropriate protection for personal information.
