1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use govern access to hklabstudio.com and the use of products and services made available by Hansel Komal trading as HK Lab Studio. HK Lab Studio is the trading and publishing identity used by Hansel Komal, an independent developer based in South Africa.

2. WEBSITE USE
You may use this website lawfully and for its intended informational, product-discovery and contact purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, misuse contact facilities, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the website in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

3. STORE PRODUCTS AND DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
The Store may offer downloadable digital products, including game Source Projects, developer components, code products and digital asset packs. Product pages describe the relevant product, delivery information and applicable licence. Product descriptions are provided in good faith, but screenshots, previews and examples are illustrative unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

4. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed as stated on the relevant Store page and may change before a purchase is completed. For purchases processed through FastSpring, FastSpring acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, transaction administration and related payment responsibilities. FastSpring purchaser terms govern the FastSpring purchase transaction where applicable. VAT, GST, sales tax, currency-conversion costs or other charges may apply as shown at checkout. HK Lab Studio’s Product Licence governs the purchaser’s permitted use of the software, source code, developer components and digital assets. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. ORDERS, CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY
An order is subject to confirmation and availability. Where a digital purchase is successfully completed, access to the relevant files, licence information or delivery instructions may be supplied electronically. You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information and for retaining your order confirmation and licence records.

6. LICENCES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
A digital purchase grants the licence rights stated in the applicable Product Licence and product page; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying reusable source, components, assets or other HK Lab Studio intellectual property. You must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or repackage reusable product materials except where the applicable licence expressly permits it.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use Store products in a way that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, misrepresents authorship, bypasses licence restrictions or makes the original reusable materials available for extraction, reuse or distribution outside the applicable licence.

8. CLIENT PROJECTS AND AUTHORISED TEAM MEMBERS
Where the applicable Product Licence permits client work or team access, those rights are limited to work reasonably necessary for the licensed End Product. A client, employee or contractor does not receive an independent reusable-product licence unless they separately obtain one.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website or a product may refer to independent third-party services, frameworks, libraries, marketplaces or hosting providers, which operate under their own terms and privacy notices. For FastSpring purchase transactions, FastSpring acts as Merchant of Record under its purchaser terms. HK Lab Studio is not responsible for independent third-party services after you leave this website or use their systems.

10. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Support, corrections and updates may be offered at HK Lab Studio’s discretion or as expressly stated for a particular product. Nothing in these Terms promises lifetime updates, unlimited support, future features or permanent compatibility.

11. REFUNDS
The Refund Policy applies to Store purchases and forms part of these Terms. It explains how requests relating to duplicate charges, delivery failures, incorrect products, materially incomplete or corrupted files, products materially not as described and other legally required remedies may be handled.

12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website content and digital products are provided on an as-is basis. HK Lab Studio does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for evaluating product suitability, testing your own modifications and complying with applicable law, platform rules and third-party licences.

13. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For FastSpring purchases, FastSpring processes payment and related transaction information under its own privacy terms as Merchant of Record. HK Lab Studio does not claim to store full payment-card details.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
HK Lab Studio may update these Terms when the website, products, integrations or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are made.
