Refund Policy

1. OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy applies to downloadable digital products offered by Hansel Komal trading as HK Lab Studio, including source-code products, developer component products and digital asset packs.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because downloadable digital products can generally be copied or retained after successful delivery or access, change-of-mind refunds after successful delivery or access are normally not offered. This policy is always subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law.

3. WHEN A REFUND OR OTHER REMEDY MAY BE APPROPRIATE
HK Lab Studio may consider a refund or other appropriate remedy where, for example:
- a duplicate purchase or duplicate charge occurred;
- the incorrect product was supplied;
- access or delivery failed and cannot reasonably be resolved;
- files are materially incomplete or corrupted;
- a product is materially not as described; or
- applicable law requires a refund, repair, replacement, re-performance or another remedy.

4. HOW TO REQUEST HELP
Please contact HK Lab Studio promptly through the Contact page: /contact. Include enough information to identify the order, the product and the issue. HK Lab Studio may request reasonable supporting information needed to investigate delivery, access, duplicate-charge or product issues.

5. DELIVERY AND ACCESS ISSUES
Where a delivery or access issue can reasonably be resolved by re-supplying files, correcting access instructions or providing a replacement download, HK Lab Studio may offer that practical remedy first, subject to applicable law.

6. FASTSPRING PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS
For purchases processed through FastSpring, FastSpring acts as Merchant of Record. FastSpring may administer or issue transaction refunds in accordance with its purchaser terms, applicable law, payment-network requirements, fraud-prevention processes, transaction-risk controls and chargeback prevention. This Refund Policy does not override FastSpring’s Merchant-of-Record responsibilities. HK Lab Studio may assist with legitimate product, delivery, access and licensing issues. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. PRODUCT LICENCES
A refund may affect the licence associated with the refunded transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable Product Licence. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or remedies that may apply under applicable law.
