ABOUT THIS TOOL
HK CSV & Excel Import Wizard is a reusable React-based data import workflow for developers who need to process CSV and XLSX files directly in the browser.
It provides configurable schema mapping, automatic mapping suggestions, manual column mapping, required-field checks, type validation, value transforms, duplicate detection and row-level issue reporting.
Imported data can be reviewed before export, with support for valid JSON output, clean CSV export and error CSV export.
All file processing runs locally in the browser. The product does not require a backend service, database, authentication provider, cloud importer or paid API.
The package includes reusable import logic under src/core, a complete demo UI, documentation, unit tests and Playwright browser tests.
